Job Title: Dental Treatment Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Enamel Dentistry. As a key member of our dental family, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their treatment journey with care and expertise.

Responsibilities


  • Coordinate patient appointments and scheduling for dental treatments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and insurance processing for patients.
  • Assist in educating patients on treatment plans and financial options available.
  • Maintain detailed patient records and treatment history for follow-up and future reference.
  • Collaborate with dental team to provide excellent patient care and support throughout treatment process.


Requirements


  • 1+ years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator.
  • Strong sales experience.
  • Proficiency in dental billing and insurance knowledge.
  • Open Dental experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Competencies: US Work Authorization.
