Job Summary:

Experience the thrill of teaching Snowsports to guests of all ages. As a Ski Instructor, you will deliver quality ski instruction to groups and individuals, providing world-class guest service in a safe and fun environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages, with a focus on children aged 3-6 years old.
  • Deliver world-class guest service, ensuring a safe and fun learning environment for all students.
  • Support the snow sports school by scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment as needed.
  • Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable and competent skiing and riding on groomed blue terrain.
  • Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must be comfortable being in ski boots for extended periods.
  • Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.
