Job Title: Registered Dietitian

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team in Bridgeport, CT. As a Registered Dietitian, you will work collaboratively with Amazon Fresh and healthcare providers to create holistic care plans for clients with diabetes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home consultations for individuals with diabetes, providing education and support to manage their condition through nutrition.
  • Develop and implement personalized diet plans, providing culinary education and guidance on healthy grocery shopping.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and Amazon Fresh to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Participate in community events and nutrition education programs to promote healthy living.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
  • Proven experience working as a dietitian, preferably in a community or home-based setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse clients.
  • Knowledgeable in creating diet plans and providing culinary education.
