Loan Processor Job Description

Bank Midwest is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Loan Processor to join our team. As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with loan transactions, creating loan documentation, and providing administrative support to the loan operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Lending Department to facilitate loan transactions and ensure timely processing.
  • Prepare and review loan documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; background in a related banking position preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in PC-based applications, including Microsoft Office.
