At Bank Midwest, we're seeking a skilled Loan Processor to join our team. As a key member of our lending department, you'll work closely with customers to assist with loan transactions, create loan documentation, and provide administrative support to our loan operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the lending department to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and review loan documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; background in banking or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in PC-based applications, including Microsoft Office.
