Job Summary:The Texas ACE Site Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, management, and evaluation of the Texas ACE Program at the assigned center. This includes ensuring high-quality program services and support to enrolled students, coordinating data entry and evaluation, and recruiting, training, and developing frontline staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and work closely with school administration to implement program objectives.
- Ensure regular student participation and monitor attendance to meet program requirements.
- Coordinate data entry and evaluation of program at the center.
- Recruit, train, and develop frontline staff to achieve intended objectives.
- Lead and facilitate on-going planning efforts, including community outreach and sustainability planning.
- Manage the recruitment and retention of students.
- Facilitate communication and create a link between the school-day and the program.
- Attend all required meetings, conferences, and trainings.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field and a Core Area Teaching Certificate.
- 5 years of successful teaching experience in a Core Content Area.
- Strong organization and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high degree of computer proficiency.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with the public and frontline staff.
The Texas ACE Site Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent prolonged and irregular hours. Ability to communicate effectively, interpret policy, procedures, and data, and coordinate campus functions is required.
