Custodial Supervisor

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills to guide a team and ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with staff to ensure effective cleaning and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor the performance of custodial staff and provide feedback for improvement.
- Develop and implement procedures to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience in a custodial or facilities management role.
- Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal instructions.
- Valid Texas driver's license.
Working Conditions:
Work is both inside and outside, with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and chemicals. May work alone.
