POSITION OVERVIEW

Working closely with the Store Manager, Fashion Consultants are tasked with fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere by delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The Fashion Consultant serves as a model for exceptional customer service, nurturing personalized connections with both new and returning clients.

This role is centered around relationship-building, styling clients, and developing a loyal customer base within the community.

  • Prioritizes customer satisfaction and recognizes the crucial role that exceptional service plays in driving store performance.
  • Understands the significance of hospitality in enhancing customer experiences and boosting sales.
  • Identifies customer opportunities by introducing relevant products and proactively engaging through targeted outreach.
  • Passionate about establishing and nurturing personalized relationships with clients in the community.

  • Effectively communicates through both verbal and written channels.
  • Proactively drives customer traffic to the store using various outreach methods.

  • Maintains current visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Completes daily operational tasks to ensure the store functions smoothly and meets brand expectations.
  • Assists in onboarding new hires and ongoing training for associates.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to accomplish assigned objectives.
  • Reports to work as scheduled and accurately records hours worked; remains adaptable to business needs.
  • Contributes to loss prevention efforts and promotes safety awareness.
  • May be entrusted with store keys to facilitate customer appointments and service excellence.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferred sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and the ability to implement and maintain standards.
  • Communicates effectively with customers, management, and peers.
  • Contributes to a positive, inclusive team environment.
  • Takes initiative and acts promptly when needed.
  • Must be proficient with technology and capable of operating the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom, lift up to 30 lbs., and manage merchandise with or without reasonable accommodation.
