Job Qualifications

  • No Insurance Experience Required: We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role.
  • License Requirements: Willingness to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus).
  • Confident and Motivated: A confident, motivated individual who works well independently and is able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
