Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality in-home healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on acute care and specialty services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing comprehensive health assessments and diagnosing complex illnesses
  • Providing therapeutic interventions, such as splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures
  • Collaborating with a clinical care team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Educating patients and families on managing their health and well-being
  • Communicating effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare providers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of experience as an APP in emergency medicine, urgent care, or internal medicine
  • Graduation from an accredited institution with an advanced degree
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
