KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performance Management: Establishes clear expectations for the sales team, ensuring accountability for meeting brand standards and operational goals.
  • Operational Oversight: Manages daily store functions, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Team Leadership: Inspires and motivates team members, promoting a collaborative atmosphere and a shared vision for success.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Upholds the highest standards of customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Implements effective sales techniques and product knowledge to drive sales and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Training and Development: Facilitates training sessions to ensure team members are knowledgeable about products and services, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or sales management preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in technology and able to adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent climbing and reaching as part of daily responsibilities.
