Key Responsibilities- Equipment Ownership: Implement safety and quality improvements, complete machine setups and product changeovers, and achieve production and cost targets.
- Material Handling: Unload and transport raw materials, equipment, and supplies from semi-trailers and railcars.
- Process Monitoring: Operate, monitor, and adjust equipment within the Process Department.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks and raw material inspections.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a ability to work independently. You will also need to be able to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
