Senior Director of Facilities Management

The Senior Director of Facilities will oversee the coordination and management of the Facilities division across the organization in Westchester and New York City.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the performance, budgeting, and compliance aspects of the division
- Work closely with other departments that rely heavily on facilities functions
- Oversee the service delivery of all facility-related functions in shelter programs, community-based programs, offices, and owned and managed residential buildings
- Cultivate a list of qualified and reliable vendors and oversee their performance management
- Direct team in preparation of and during audits and inspections
- Develop relationships with facilities personnel and training agencies to support recruitment and development needs
- Work with the AVP on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives
- Build relationships with local social service and funding agencies to ensure compliance
- Develop, implement, and oversee the enforcement of policies, procedures, quality standards, and trainings
- Manage program budgets, spending, and capital expenditures
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- More than 8 years of multi-site or regional supervisory experience in the facilities industry
- Experience in supportive/affordable housing and/or NYC DHS shelter contracts strongly preferred
- Strong background in compliance with NYC agencies, codes, and local law required
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills that promote productivity and teamwork
