Job Summary

The Regional Leadless Specialist provides technical, clinical, educational and sales support to ensure adoption and growth of Abbott leadless technology. The Regional Leadless Specialist works closely with internal and external customers to drive therapy adoption and procedural success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and clinical support to healthcare providers to ensure successful adoption and use of Abbott leadless technology.
  • Develop and deliver educational programs to healthcare providers to enhance their knowledge and skills in the use of Abbott leadless technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive therapy adoption and procedural success.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of Abbott leadless technology.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical technologies and trends to ensure expertise and knowledge in the field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on cardiac rhythm technologies.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a clinical or sales role, with a focus on leadless pacing technology.
  • Proven track record of success in driving therapy adoption and procedural success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with a minimum of 50% travel required.
