Overview

The Teacher will be responsible for managing the daily activities within the classroom. A comprehensive understanding of children's developmental stages—cognitive, social, emotional, and physical—is crucial for establishing a safe and stimulating learning environment. This position requires effective communication skills to engage with both children and their families, as well as the ability to guide teaching assistants and address any concerns from parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement educational programs aligned with best practices and developmental standards.
  • Model exemplary teaching practices and support the overall success of the educational team.
  • Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster children's development.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents and conduct progress meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to center policies and educational regulations.
  • Uphold a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
  • Supervise teaching assistants and volunteers effectively.
  • Keep precise records and pursue ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in child care or early childhood education.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer usage.
  • High energy level and a collaborative spirit.
  • Thorough knowledge of child development principles.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Successful completion of background checks and health screenings.
  • Ability to meet physical demands such as mobility and handling materials.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Certifications:
- CPR Certification
- Foundational courses in Early Childhood Education
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant role.
