Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Services Specialist to join our Gastroenterology team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic's schedule
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of medical front office experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
