Caliber Collision Centers is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to front office teammates, including training and information
• Maintain accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping
• Manage Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards
• Provide a world-class customer experience by ensuring consistent application of Caliber Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements:
