- Gain hands-on experience working with a diverse range of domestic and foreign automobiles.
- Conduct thorough and accurate vehicle inspections to identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns promptly.
- Adhere to high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organizational practices.
- Maintain effective communication with the service department regarding customer needs.
- Work alongside fellow technicians to troubleshoot challenges and achieve outstanding results.
- Demonstrated positive attitude and commitment to customer service.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive repair.
- ASE Certifications are preferred or a willingness to obtain them.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle makes and models.
- Able to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication abilities.
- Aspirations for long-term career growth.
- Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally.
- Capable of working with tools on elevated vehicles.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces as required by repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
- Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Competent in navigating computer systems.
