Operational Duties Accurately processing customer transactions at the cash register, handling cash, and managing returns and exchanges. Suggesting additional products to customers and guiding them to the appropriate aisles. Utilizing pharmacy systems to check on prescription statuses. Reporting any prescription discrepancies to the pharmacist and adhering to company protocols. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of counters and shelves, including inventory management. Implementing loss prevention strategies to safeguard company assets. Ensuring compliance with local and state regulations regarding the sale of controlled substances. Creating and maintaining attractive product displays and promotional materials. Familiarizing yourself with store systems and equipment. Assisting in maintaining a clean and orderly store environment. Following all company policies and fostering respectful relationships with coworkers. Completing additional tasks as assigned by management. Training & Development Participating in training sessions and completing required learning modules.

Basic Qualifications

Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a retail setting is advantageous. Familiarity with Walgreens operations is a plus.
