- Deliver empathetic care to patients in hospice settings and their families, serving as a vital link among healthcare providers, patients, and the hospice care team.
- Guide and assist caregivers of patients, overseeing a collaborative care team and engaging in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid RN license in the state of practice.
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, intensive care, geriatric, or oncology settings.
- Current driver's license, auto insurance, and CPR certification are required.
