Vault Processor

As a Vault Personnel, you will be responsible for verifying bank deposits, preparing cash shipments, and connecting money from one place to another. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, vault, and liability at all times.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing outbound orders and replenishments for the next day's routes
• Monitoring performance of processes and machines to ensure efficiency
• Completing data entry for all transactions of liability
• Generating and maintaining all records and reports daily
• Other duties as directed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Data Entry skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements
• Ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses
• Ability to work collaboratively in our branch locations
• Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position

We prefer candidates with experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Cash handling
• Inventory control
• Deposit processing
• Vault balancing
• Account reconciliation
• ATM processing
• Cashier/teller experience
