Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation RN to join our team at Centerpoint Medical Center. About the RoleThe Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation RN provides in-patient cardiac rehabilitation to patients meeting defined criteria for Phase I. Responsibilities also include data collection and management for cardiology quality initiatives (AMI/HF Core Measures, Get With The Guidelines CAD/HF and ACS/Chest Pain) and other nursing duties as assigned.

- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse
- Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree
- Inpatient RN experience is required
