Job Summary

  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems to identify and resolve issues such as faulty wiring, circuit overload, and malfunctioning equipment.
  • Electrical System Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems in residential properties to assess their condition, identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage, and educate homeowners on electrical safety practices and procedures to promote awareness and reduce risks.
Requirements
  • Residential Journeyman or Journeyman License: Possess a valid Residential Journeyman or Journeyman License.
  • Electrical Work Experience: Have experience in residential electrical work, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Be able to interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams.
  • Safety Regulations: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise and lead a team.
  • Physical Abilities: Physical ability to perform electrical work, including climbing ladders and lifting heavy objects.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Background Screening: Must be able to pass a background screening and drug test.
