The Lead Two's Teacher is a key member of our team at Amazing Explorers Academy, responsible for implementing our AEA curriculum and creating a nurturing classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities- Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement lesson plans, programs, and schedules that align with our AEA curriculum and promote developmental growth in our students.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that supports the needs of our students and staff.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and staff to ensure a positive and enriching educational experience for our students.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments of student growth and development, and provide feedback to parents and staff.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our supportive team to create a positive and enriching educational experience for our students.
- Education: CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education/45 hours training
- Experience: Classroom teaching experience in an accredited early childhood facility
- Personal Qualities: Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality, highly professional and dependable
