Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise IT Specialists and ensure end-user support for hardware and software.
  • Set up, maintain, and repair computer systems and associated peripherals.
  • Manage the time and attendance system, oversee internet and network connections, administer telephone services, and develop databases.
  • Handle remote location servicing and staff training.
  • Maintain comprehensive records through help desk ticketing software and other documentation methods.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school.
  • One year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting Microsoft technologies such as Office applications and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender administration preferred.
