We are currently seeking dedicated Warehouse Technicians to become integral members of our Riverside Distribution Center Team. As part of a collaborative work team under the guidance of a Team Leader, Warehouse Technicians will engage in essential shipping and receiving operations, manage high-speed automated systems, and ensure efficient product distribution. Team members are expected to achieve performance targets while upholding stringent safety protocols and maintaining the high quality standards that our consumers expect.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will be tasked with:

  • Working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment that emphasizes customer satisfaction. Flexibility in shift scheduling and the possibility of mandatory overtime are essential, as the warehouse operates under a 'completion of tasks' philosophy. Strong organizational and planning skills are necessary to prioritize daily and long-term objectives while managing multiple tasks effectively. Attention to detail and a sense of ownership are critical.
  • Performing physical tasks in a warehouse setting, including the use of basic hand and power tools, lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigating stairs, ladders, and platforms. Technicians must also maintain automated equipment, keep accurate records, and possess strong technical and problem-solving abilities. Safety is paramount, and appropriate safety gear must be worn at all times.
  • Adapting to a flexible work schedule that may include two or three shifts per week, with potential weekend work as part of regular hours or overtime. Changes in production demands may require adjustments to shift lengths and rotations. Technicians should be prepared to work varying hours, ranging from 8 to 12 hours daily.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse workforce.
  • Independence and the ability to prioritize tasks in alignment with business objectives.
  • Basic mathematical skills for tracking production metrics and goals.
  • Analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Ownership of assigned equipment and completion of regular maintenance tasks.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools for preventative maintenance.
  • The capability to operate material handling equipment safely.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
