Job Summary:As a Threat Specialist at Joint Research & Development, Inc., you will play a critical role in leading and providing technical advice and direction to lower graded personnel. Your expertise in threat analysis and evaluation will be essential in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of our defense systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor work to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
Consolidate reports for the COR regarding status updates and billing.
Review collected data for completeness, accuracy, and validity.
Coordinate with others to address safety, security, environmental, and community concerns.
Evaluate, identify, monitor, and analyze threats used in system evaluation and testing, including emerging technologies.
Provide tactical analysis and expertise on complex projects/systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Scientific or Operational Research specialization or related discipline and 10 years of experience in Military Intelligence, to include development, analysis, and/or application of threat as applied to user testing.
5 years of experience within the last ten years in any combination of developmental test (DT), operational test (OT), and evaluation methods for Army and Joint Service missile defense systems and programs.
Experience in integrating Army and Joint Service system acquisition documentation in the development of DOD system acquisition products for T&E of BMDS systems and sub-systems.
Application of modeling and simulation as applied to the BMDS, including accreditation assessment for all models and simulations used in Missile Defense Agency (MDA) tests.
Conducting cybersecurity operational testing and monitoring developmental cyber testing, with a focus on reporting directly to DOT&E regarding testing outlined in DOT&E memo.
TOP SECRET security clearance with SENSITIVE COMPARTMENTED INFORMATION (SCI) eligibility is required.
