As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the physical condition and appearance of our properties are up to standard.

**Estimated Salary:** $54,668 - $69,952 per year, depending on skills and experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, directing, and motivating maintenance associates to innovate and excel. They will ensure timely completion of resident service requests, contribute to marketing efforts, and provide excellent customer service to residents, associates, and guests. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment repair, and painting. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, but not required. Additionally, they must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA Section 608 Technician Certification- Type II or Universal Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and proficiency in basic computer keyboarding and navigational skills.
