Compensation

Hourly Rate: $35 - $50

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in overcoming limitations to improve their quality of life, including assisting injured individuals in enhancing motor skills for their return to work.
  • Deliver rehabilitative services to those with physical, mental, emotional, or developmental challenges under the guidance of a licensed occupational therapist.
  • Collect client information through interviews and medical history documentation to establish treatment objectives.
  • Implement treatment plans and instructions developed in collaboration with the supervising therapist, demonstrating appropriate techniques for movement and stretching exercises.
  • Track clients' progress and ensure compliance with the treatment plan.
  • Maintain precise records of client progress and billing information for the occupational therapist's reference.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to established procedures and legal regulations.
  • Manage and replenish supplies to guarantee readiness for therapy sessions.
  • Maintain equipment by following operational guidelines, troubleshooting issues, restocking supplies, and arranging repairs as necessary.
  • Comply with professional policies and regulations to uphold occupational therapy standards.
  • Enhance the practice's reputation by actively seeking opportunities to add value to the role.
