Schedule: Per diem, offering flexible and personalized scheduling
Hourly Rate: $35 - $50
Key Responsibilities- Support clients in overcoming challenges to improve their quality of life, including assisting injured individuals in enhancing motor skills for a return to work.
- Deliver rehabilitative services to clients with physical, mental, emotional, or developmental impairments under the guidance of a licensed occupational therapist.
- Collect client information through interviews and medical history documentation to establish treatment objectives.
- Implement treatment plans and instructions created in collaboration with the therapist, demonstrating appropriate techniques for movement and stretching exercises.
- Track clients' progress and ensure compliance with the treatment plan.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and billing information for the occupational therapist's reference.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to established procedures and legal guidelines.
- Manage and replenish supplies to guarantee readiness for therapy sessions.
- Maintain equipment by following operational guidelines, troubleshooting issues, restocking supplies, and arranging for repairs when necessary.
