We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join our Outsourced Accounting Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support in various areas of accounting and financial services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide dedicated time to client service and coordinate work in areas such as insurance premium tax returns, general ledger and process accounts payable, invoicing, account/bank reconciliations, and depreciation schedule preparation.
- Assist with monthly and year-end closing assistance, preparing financial statements, and digital accounting outsourcing.
- Offer QuickBooks consulting and assistance with accounting system design.
- Train clients, staff, and other AOS personnel.
- BS in Accounting or other business degrees or work experience in Government Contracting.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures on automated systems.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and accrual-based accounting.
- Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
