Night Auditor

As a key member of our hotel team, the Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and guest services. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of room assignments and billing.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, seeking solutions that align with our hotel's policies.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Perform night audit functions, including reconciling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate records using our hotel's systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
