Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Staybridge Suites. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, while also providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform night audit functions, including reconciling cash and credit card transactions, and preparing daily reports.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of guest records, including check-in and check-out information.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
