**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Red Roof. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Greet guests and assist them with requests in a friendly and professional manner

• Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and other areas, adhering to our brand standards

• Remove used bed linens and towels, replace linens, make beds, clean the bathroom, vacuum, and dust

• Restock your transport cart with supplies needed to clean your assigned rooms

• Communicate with the front desk about any concerns with the rooms, lost items, etc.

• Inspect room fixtures for operations and function, report to maintenance any concerns

• Perform room and quality inspections to ensure brand standards are being met

• Work in some non-climate controlled areas (i.e., walking outside between rooms)

**Requirements**

• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
