We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Medical Director to lead our team in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will provide both clinical and administrative leadership, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care for children with neurodevelopmental conditions.

Role Overview

As the Site Medical Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping our clinical program and ensuring the highest quality of patient care. Your responsibilities will encompass both direct patient care and administrative oversight.

Clinical Duties (90%)
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric and adult patients with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, speech and language disorders, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, genetic conditions, and other neurodevelopmental differences.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history taking, physical examinations, clinical decision-making, order entry, referrals, and documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain productivity standards and ensure timely completion of clinical documentation.
  • Communicate patient care plans clearly to medical assistants and promptly address patient-care needs.
Administrative Duties (10%)
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of physicians and nurse practitioners, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Collaborate with administrative leaders to ensure operational excellence and achieve clinical and financial goals.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, program leadership, community outreach, and payer relations.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited medical school.
  • Completed residency in Pediatrics or Child Neurology.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics, Child Neurology, Neurodevelopmental Disabilities, or a related specialty.
  • Unrestricted medical license or the ability to obtain one.
