POSITION: DONOR RELATIONS COORDINATOR
The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant and approachable demeanor, excelling in relationship-building while promoting opportunities for ministry partnerships. Collaborating closely with the Director of Donor Relations (DDR) and the Advancement Team, this role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding relationships with ministry partners. The successful applicant will be comfortable engaging with new and prospective donors through various communication channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monthly Partner Engagement:
- Welcome and onboard new monthly partners into the Partners for Life initiative.
- Maintain consistent communication with monthly partners, expressing gratitude through various outreach methods.
- Encourage one-time supporters to transition into monthly partners under the guidance of the DDR.
New Donor Cultivation:
- Develop and nurture relationships with new donors in collaboration with the DDR.
- Distribute welcome packets to new donors and conduct follow-up thank-you calls.
Ongoing Donor Relations:
- Manage communication with donors receiving prayer requests and oversee the texting communication platform.
- Coordinate outreach efforts during Thanksgiving to express appreciation to donors.
- Assist in the distribution of special year-end gifts to donors.
- Support the DDR and provide assistance to the advancement and events teams as necessary, especially leading up to significant events.
- Participation in major events organized by Life Network is mandatory for all staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A blend of relevant educational background and professional experience.

- Demonstrated Christian faith and maturity in both personal and professional spheres.
- Active involvement in a local church community.
- A genuine passion for the mission of Life Network and a desire to reach out to the community with the Gospel.
- Exemplary interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with regular communication via phone and in-person interactions.
- Ability to solicit resources for fundraising initiatives with confidence.
- Exhibits a servant-hearted attitude towards staff and donors.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to donor database systems.
- Possesses a valid driver's license and meets vehicle safety standards for travel requirements.
- Able to lift presentation materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
CLASSIFICATION
This is a part-time position requiring 24 hours per week. Compensation is competitive.
