About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to join our Engineering Design team at ENTRUST Solutions Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to our engineering design teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering design teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects and solutions.
  • Lead the design team on technical issues on medium and large complex projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical management to identify and implement process and design improvements related to engineering design and technology.
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise in one or more engineering disciplines, identifying individual training needs and scheduling appropriate training programs.
  • Establish and maintain extensive contacts with key engineers and officials in other organizations to ensure consistency with current engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and technological innovations.
  • Lead training and development of other engineers to provide technical guidance and training related to engineering design and code compliance issues.
  • Maintain, implement, and monitor a system of quality control consistent with ENTRUST's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience within the electric utility industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • P.E. Certification.
  • Desired experience with AutoCAD, Pull-Planner, CYMCAP, and Python.

Benefits and Salary
  • This position pays between $110,000 and $160,000 annually and is an exempt position.
  • Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match.
  • Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
  • May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
