Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and technologies
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that fosters open communication and collaboration
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Current State of California Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 3 months of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) Course within 6 months of hire
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 6 months of hire
- Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification within 6 months of hire
- Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) by the National Certification Corporation (NCC) within 1 year of hire
