About the Role

As a Neuroscience ICU Nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex neurological conditions. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions. Our team is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies to provide the highest level of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to patients with complex neurological conditions
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of California
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire
• PALS certification required within 6 months of hire
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) Course required within 6 months of hire
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required within 6 months of hire
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification required within 6 months of hire
