We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping/Janitor to join our team at Crestwood Behavioral Health. As a key member of our facility maintenance team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients, staff, and visitors.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a housekeeper in a long-term care facility or hospital setting, with a focus on providing top-notch services that meet the needs of our diverse client base.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, and other facilities as needed;
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility;
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Plant/Environmental Services and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services;
- Respond promptly to any concerns or issues raised by clients, staff, or visitors;
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in housekeeping and facility maintenance.
- A high school diploma/GED is preferred;
- Previous experience as a housekeeper in a long-term care facility or hospital setting is preferred;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups;
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, with regular breaks as needed;
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Competitive hourly rate of $21-$24 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience);
