  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Ability to travel, with occasional overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Lean principles and Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with project management software, including MS Project and Asana.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA and EPA requirements.
