Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Construction Manager to oversee large commercial construction projects in the Florida market. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all on-site operations of commercial and industrial construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

* Coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

* Implement and maintain the project schedule, identify and solve problems, and communicate progress to all stakeholders.

* Regularly inspect the construction site to verify compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.

* Facilitate regular project meetings with the project team, subcontractors, and clients to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.

* Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, budget reports, and other necessary documentation.

* Maintain a safe and clean job site by enforcing safety and housekeeping policies and procedures.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role in the construction industry, with a focus on large commercial construction projects.

* Proven experience with tilt wall, office, distribution, and commercial construction.

* Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, and safety regulations.

* Proficiency in using construction management software and standard office software.

* Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications:

* A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.

* Certification in construction safety and knowledge of concrete work will be an added advantage.
