Behavior Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Interventionist to join our team at Centria Healthcare. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will play a vital role in supporting children with autism and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors
- Work one-on-one with children, providing patient and compassionate support
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Passionate about helping children with autism
- Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
- 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven't had one in the last year)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
