At Formel D USA, Inc., our sales team is the powerhouse that propels our global outreach in quality service solutions. We are in search of a motivated, entrepreneurial sales strategist to support our revenue growth through collaboration with a team of dedicated sales representatives. Our ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of the sales process, excelling in lead generation, relationship management, and deal closure. This role reports to the Director of Sales, Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive growth across the Formel D service portfolio in alignment with corporate objectives in the USA.
- Deliver profitable and strategic sales expansion, enhance customer acquisition, establish market demand, and cultivate business with both new and existing clients.
- Develop, execute, and continuously refine a sales and commercial strategy tailored to your region, taking into account customer trends, opportunities, and focal points.
- Introduce the Formel D service portfolio to attract new clients in the automotive and related sectors, focusing on service solutions in Testing, Supply Chain, Vehicle Quality, and Aftersales.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to diversify services and expand within existing accounts.
- Leverage existing networks to identify growth opportunities in targeted segments and industries.
- Foster close relationships with clients, addressing growth challenges and providing effective solutions.
- Customize individual service solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential within the automotive and related industries.
- Create proposals and presentations for service solutions in close collaboration with Formel D operations.
- Monitor activities and progress using Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams for business development.
- Work with national and international colleagues to achieve global business objectives for product development services.
- Lead and manage a sales team.
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant B2B sales and business development experience, preferably in key account management, with a background in Engineering Services.
- Understanding of the automotive industry, ideally with international OEMs and suppliers.
- Strong communication skills, customer focus, enthusiasm, commitment, and motivation.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to independently organize daily operations.
- Adaptability to a flexible work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Driving a vehicle.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Willingness to travel (50%).
