Job SummaryWe are seeking a Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor of Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Quantitative Interdisciplinary Studies. The successful candidate will develop and teach graduate courses that apply quantitative methods in social sciences, business, or digital humanities for the interdisciplinary studies graduate degree/concentration.
Responsibilities- Teach a course load of 3-4 courses per semester
- Develop and teach graduate courses that apply quantitative methods
- Advise students and contribute to program development
- Participate in scholarly and professional activities
- Terminal degree in a field applying quantitative methods
- Strong concentration in a field such as Data Analytics/Science, Economics, Digital Humanities, Operations Research, Technical Communication, Decision Sciences, or Quantitative Social Science
- Preference given to applicants with an interdisciplinary academic background and experience applying analytic methods in business, government, or science settings
