Job Description

At Logic20/20, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant - Process Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth process analysis and assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and document detailed process maps, workflows, and procedures
  • Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs
  • Anticipate and address resistance to change, providing support and guidance to individuals and teams
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant change management and process engineering experience, working directly with clients to identify and document organizational impacts of change initiatives
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex projects and initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience managing multiple workstreams as a member or leader on change projects, ensuring the readiness of the client organization(s) for a variety of changes
Preferred Skills:
  • Consulting, client servicing, and/or advisory experience
  • Grid Operations Operational Technology experience highly desirable (SCADA, DERMS, ADMS, AMI, etc)
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN)
