Job Summary

Northern Light Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Oncology Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our oral oncology management team, you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive care to patients undergoing oral chemotherapy treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients for adherence and toxicity management, and navigate patients through their treatment.
  • Provide education to providers, nurses, patients, and students on oral chemotherapy management.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of Cerner treatment protocols with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Ensure compliance with specialty pharmacy accreditation and develop/maintain collaborative practice agreements/protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) or three years of work experience in oncology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Cerner and other relevant software systems.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with variable hours. The successful candidate will be required to work with computers, typing, reading, and writing. Prolonged periods of sitting and walking are also expected.
