We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Pharmacist to join our team at Northern Light Health. As a key member of our oral chemotherapy management team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients with cancer.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients for adherence and toxicity management, and navigate them through their treatment.
  • Provide education to providers, nurses, patients, and students on oral chemotherapy management.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of Cerner Oncology Regimens.
  • Ensure compliance with specialty pharmacy accreditation and develop/maintain collaborative practice agreements/protocols.

Requirements:

  • Registered Pharmacist licensure
  • Doctoral degree in Pharmacy
  • 3 years of relevant work experience in oncology

Working Conditions:

  • Work with computers, typing, reading, or writing
  • Lifting, moving, and loading 20 to 30 pounds
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and walking
