District Manager Trainee

At Aldi Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented District Manager Intern to join our team. As a District Manager Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in store operations, customer satisfaction, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist district managers in overseeing store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and employee development.
- Conduct customer walks and participate in store tours to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties, including store personnel, customers, and vendors.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as payroll, sales book, and memo verification.
- Participate in store resets and grand openings to gain experience in visual merchandising and store layout.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop rapport, trust, and open communication with store personnel.
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.
