Job Description

Job Title: District Manager Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented District Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a District Manager Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail operations and work closely with our district managers to develop your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist district managers in overseeing store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and employee development.
  • Shadow store managers and district managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of store operations and district management.
  • Participate in store resets, grand openings, and other retail operations projects.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including store personnel, customers, and vendors.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as payroll, sales reporting, and inventory management.
  • Stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
